Refund Policy

In the event you are dissatisfied with your Dick Duff’s Organic Jerky online purchase, please contact us within 15 days of receiving your order by sending us an e-mail at info@dickduffs.com. Please use the subject line “REFUND – ORDER #(your order number)”, let us know the reason you are dissatisfied with your purchase, and let us know if you are requesting a refund or replacement. We will follow up with additional details on the refund/replacement process.
